Refy9 Innovations Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office in India [Ahmedabad] (hereinafter referred to as 'Refy9', 'Company', 'we', 'us' or 'our')

"User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, downloads, registers on, or uses the Refy9 mobile application, website, or any related services offered by the Company, whether as a registered or unregistered user)

"Services" means the mobile application, website, Tech powered styling assistance, wardrobe management features, recommendations, and any other products or services offered by Refy9 from time to time.

1. Purpose of These Standards

Refy9 is designed to support self-expression, creativity, and positive interaction around personal style and lifestyle.

These Community Standards explain:

• what content and behavior are allowed,
• what is not allowed,
• how safety and enforcement work,
• how to report issues,
• what users are responsible for.

By using Refy9, you agree to follow these Standards.

3.1 Respect

Treat others with dignity. Harassment, abuse, or humiliation is not acceptable.

3.2 Safety

Do not create or promote harm, threats, exploitation, or dangerous behavior.

3.3 Privacy

Respect consent and personal boundaries. Do not expose others' private information.

3.4 Authenticity

Do not impersonate, mislead, or deceive others.

3.5 Responsibility

You are accountable for your content and behavior.

4.1 Child Safety Violations

Refy9 has zero tolerance for content involving minors in harmful or sexual contexts.

Prohibited:

• sexual or suggestive content involving minors,
• exploitation, grooming, or inappropriate interactions,
• images of minors shared without consent,
• attempts to solicit minors.

Violations may be escalated to authorities where legally required.

4.2 Illegal Content

You may not post or promote:

• illegal substances or activities,
• weapons displayed irresponsibly,
• content facilitating criminal acts.

4.3 Harassment, Abuse, and Threats

You may not:

• bully, threaten, or intimidate others,
• use slurs or degrading language,
• stalk or repeatedly harass users,
• encourage self-harm or violence.

4.4 Hate Speech and Discrimination

Attacks based on protected characteristics are prohibited, including:

• race or ethnicity,
• nationality,
• religion,
• caste,
• gender or gender identity,
• sexual orientation,
• disability,
• body type or appearance.

4.5 Explicit Sexual Content

Refy9 is not an adult platform.

Prohibited:

• nudity intended to arouse,
• explicit sexual acts,
• fetish content,
• sexualized imagery involving minors.

Non-sexual, artistic, or fashion-focused imagery is generally permitted.

4.6 Privacy Violations

You may not:

• upload images of people without consent,
• share private conversations or messages,
• disclose personal information (doxing),
• use hidden-camera or surveillance imagery.

4.7 Fraud, Scams, and Deception

You may not:

• impersonate individuals or brands,
• solicit money or goods,
• run scams or deceptive schemes,
• misrepresent identity or intent.

4.8 Malware and Platform Abuse

You may not:

• upload malicious code,
• attempt to bypass safeguards,
• manipulate platform functionality,
• overload or disrupt services.

5.1 Mature or Sensitive Fashion Content

Allowed if:

• non-sexual,
• consensual,
• age appropriate.

Restricted if:

• sexualized,
• exploitative,
• involving minors,
• intended to provoke or manipulate.

5.2 Fashion Criticism and Opinions

Allowed:

• constructive feedback,
• personal preferences,
• style discussions.

Not allowed:

• body shaming,
• humiliation,
• hostile or degrading commentary.

5.3 Health, Body, and Wellness Content

Allowed:

• body positivity,
• personal experiences.

Restricted:

• extreme dieting promotion,
• eating-disorder encouragement,
• unsafe practices.

5.4 Brand and Retail Commentary

Allowed:

• personal shopping experiences,
• opinions on fit or quality.

Restricted:

• defamatory statements,
• false allegations,
• coordinated attacks.

Tier 1 — Corrective

• warnings,
• content removal,
• educational prompts.

Tier 2 — Restrictive

• feature limitations,
• messaging suspension,
• temporary account freeze.

Tier 3 — Protective

• permanent account removal,
• device-based restrictions,
• escalation to authorities where required.
